- Is MiniCabFinder a taxi company?
- No. MiniCabFinder Ltd is a fare-comparison and booking-request service. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transport. Journeys are fulfilled by independent, locally licensed taxi/PHV operators.
- Are the prices you show guaranteed?
- No. All prices are estimates and may vary. Your final fare is set and confirmed by the licensed taxi partner that accepts your booking request, based on factors such as traffic, waiting time and the exact route.
- How do I change or cancel a booking?
- Because the taxi partner fulfils your journey, changes and cancellations are handled directly with the licensed taxi partner named in your booking confirmation, under their terms.
- Which areas do you cover?
- We aim to provide estimates across the UK, including major cities and airport transfers. Coverage depends on the licensed taxi partners available in each area.
- What happens to my details when I submit a request?
- The information needed to fulfil your journey (such as pickup, destination and contact details) is forwarded to the relevant licensed taxi partner so they can contact you and confirm the booking. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail and your rights under UK GDPR.
- Do you charge a booking fee?
- Comparing estimated fares on MiniCabFinder is free. Any charges for your journey are set by the taxi partner that fulfils it.
